Helping Older People New Forest (HOPe)

On Friday 12th December, Santa’s Sleigh tours Ringwood in support of Helping Older People New Forest (HOPe) — a charity that stands beside older residents who may feel isolated, vulnerable or in need of support.

HOPe provides home visits, friendship calls, practical help and advocacy for older people who would otherwise struggle alone. Their volunteers offer companionship, emotional support and essential assistance navigating day-to-day life.

Through social groups, community events and one-to-one help, HOPe reduces loneliness, strengthens confidence and ensures older residents retain dignity, independence and connection.
