Butchery Night with the Shappen Butcher

Last night we got to have a go at making our very own sausages & burgers with the legendary Nick Hill of Shappen Stores in Burley, before he treated us to a butchery masterclass! Not only did we get to learn about the different cuts of meat & what they are best suited to, we also go a demonstration of how to pick out the best meat, all followed up by a BBQ where we got to cook our delicious creations!
